Waiver Required

Everyone needs a signed waiver before entering the play area. Fill it out online before you come so you're not doing paperwork at the door.

Grip socks are required for all children. Forget yours? We sell them at the front for $3.

Walk-ins are welcome, but a spot isn't guaranteed based on current capacity. Book ahead to lock in your time.

Your session ends at the same time regardless of when you walk in. Give yourself a few extra minutes when you arrive.

No Outside Food

No outside food or drinks during open play. Outside food is allowed at private parties in designated areas only.

One adult per child is included. Extra adults are $3 each. This is a parent-supervised space — not a drop-off facility.

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Little Bee Sensory Playhouse is designed for children ages 0–6. This keeps the environment safe, calm, and developmentally appropriate for all children.
We recommend booking ahead — sessions can fill up. Walk-ins are welcome, but a spot isn't guaranteed based on current capacity.
Each child includes one free adult. Additional adults are $3 each.
Yes. This is a parent-supervised play space. Parents or guardians must remain on site and supervise their children at all times. This is not a drop-off facility.
Yes! Infants are welcome. Free with a paid sibling, or $8 without a sibling. Infants count toward session capacity limits.
Yes. Grip socks are required for all children in the play area. Forget yours? We sell them at the front for $3.
No outside food or drinks during open play. The Buzz Café is on site with snacks and drinks. Outside food is allowed at private parties only, in designated areas.
Your session ends at the scheduled time regardless of when you arrive. Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime, so give yourself a few extra minutes.
Yes. All participants must have a signed liability waiver before entering the play area. You can complete it online before your visit to skip the paperwork at the door.
No. For the safety of all families, children with fever, vomiting, or any contagious illness are not permitted inside.
Yes! We offer private, full-facility parties. The Busy Bee Party is $300 for up to 10 children, and the Queen Bee Party is $375 for up to 15 children. Both are 2-hour private rentals. Outside food is allowed at parties in designated areas.
We clean and reset the entire play space between every session to keep the environment safe and sanitary for every family that walks through the door.
Yes! We have three membership plans. The Little Bee plan is $49/month for 4 sessions. The Busy Bee plan is $69/month for 8 sessions. The Queen Bee plan is $89/month for unlimited weekday sessions. All memberships include one adult per session and café access.
All bookings are non-refundable, with limited rescheduling available depending on notice given. Memberships can be canceled anytime but are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if we cancel a session or close due to an emergency. See our full cancellation policy below.
We limit capacity on purpose so the space never feels overwhelming. Every session is calm, clean, and intentionally designed for sensory-friendly play. Where play meets inclusion and every child belongs.
Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We keep things fair for everyone. Please read before booking.

🎠 Play Sessions

  • All session bookings are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance may be rescheduled one time as a courtesy.
  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be forfeited.
  • No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

⚡ Busy Bee Express

  • All express sessions are non-refundable.
  • One reschedule allowed with 12+ hours notice.
  • No-shows are forfeited.

🎉 Private Parties

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date.
  • Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
  • One reschedule allowed with 7+ days notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in loss of deposit.

💛 Memberships

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • You can cancel at any time — your membership stays active through the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds or partial credits for unused visits.

⚠️ Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Facility closure due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances
  • A session canceled by our staff

In these cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All policies apply regardless of reason, including illness, schedule conflicts, or weather. By booking a session, party, or membership, you agree to this policy.
